With patented technology – and by providing a simple solution to a universal boiler problem – we’re helping energy and sustainability managers enter and capitalise on the green economy. Sabien Technology Ltd was founded in 2004 and is UK headquartered. The company is wholly owned by Sabien Technology Group PLC, a company floated on the AIM Market, London Stock Exchange in 2006.

Management team
Our team has decades of collective experience in green utilities engineering, product development, and business leadership. Throughout this time, we’ve seen the commercial heating sector shift from a traditional, asset-based industry, to an exciting, innovative marketplace ripe for disruption.
Sabien has been in the business of heating buildings for over ten years. Now, under new management, our business is going smarter and greener – and our customers’ boilers are too. Richard was, until 2018, the Chairman and Chief Executive of Intercede, an AIM-traded technology company, which he founded in 1992 and which was admitted to trading on AIM in 2001. Richard Parris is an engineer by training and an entrepreneur by experience. He operationally led Intercede through all phases of its growth, including building its UK technology team to invent, develop and commercialise new software products. This included the adoption of cloud services and IoT delivery models as the core of future business transformation, and securing contracts with major US OEMs to expand US sales. Richard chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee.
Tony Willis has worked in the HVAC industry for more than 30 years, with direct experience in the energy engineering sector, from practical hands-on commissioning to product developments. With strong ties to combustion engineering and management systems for boiler and combustion efficiency, his career has involved the development of new OEM customers and overseas markets, including the Queens Award for Exports. Tony has also represented the UK on Technical Group committees for CEN and BSI for electronic controls for the boiler/combustion industries.
Tom has worked in the technology, energy efficiency and electronic engineering sectors for over 25 years. Prior to joining Sabien Technology he worked for Fairchild Semiconductor in Germany, The Republic of Ireland and most recently the UK, delivering power and energy reduction solutions to clients. He has a successful management track record within the UK, European and global regions, managing clients and business units directly, indirectly and through all channels - distributors, SME, multinational blue-chip and public-sector / government partners.
